Job DescriptionThe successful Head Barista will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks. This will involve supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the barista team to ensure excellent customer service and quality drinks
- Set up and maintain equipment, including grinders, brewers, and other machinery
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Head Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with coffee roasting and brewing techniques
