We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to manage entertainment experiences at a premier venue.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest engagement through the property's entertainment offerings, including special events, activations, and venue-based entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks within the Entertainment department
  • Coordinate procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types
  • Oversee operational execution for BAU entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment
  • Administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and support entertainment communications
  • Provide on-ground event and entertainment support, including weekends as needed
  • Assist with marketing and social media activity for entertainment, including design briefs, and content production and management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events
  • Proven experience coordinating performances and artists
  • Skilled in managing performances while controlling labour and costs
  • Strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
