Dairy Farm Worker

We are seeking a farm worker to join our team in Tasmania.
The farm spans approximately 400Ha effective area with 310Ha under centre pivot irrigation, currently milking 1,300 cows through a 60 bail rotary shed with advanced cow management systems and auto drafting.
This role will involve tasks related to animal health and welfare, milking operations, animal husbandry, pasture management, machinery operation and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the well-being of animals and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participating in all aspects of milking, including preparation and post-milking procedures.
- Maintaining equipment and performing routine checks to prevent downtime.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in the dairy industry is highly desirable but we welcome applicants with the right attitude and skills.
