Job Title:

Draftsman Position

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical drawings and plans using CAD software and drafting techniques.
  • Create conceptual designs, prepare DA and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Revising existing designs and making necessary modifications as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building design principles and construction documentation.
  • Experience with commercial and industrial developments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in drafting, architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing concept, DA, and construction designs.
