As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth operation of our mining projects. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has a strong background in mining operations administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver administration planning and support\
  • Maintain rosters and input employee hours\
  • Manage mobilization process\
  • Maintain reports, filing systems, and personnel files as directed\
  • Process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements\

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite\
  • 2 years experience in a similar position\
  • Experience with JDE & Inex required\
  • Experience in mining operations administration\
  • Professional, mature, and reliable approach to duties and colleagues\
