Product Manager Role\

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, change management and process improvement.

About this Position\

This is a critical role within our organisation that plays a key part in shaping the future of our CRM system. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, prioritise features and ensure timely delivery of new functionality.

Main Responsibilities\

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points.\
  • Prioritise features based on business value and user impact.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear goals and objectives for each project.\
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with product development.\
  • Ensure alignment with business strategy and overall company vision.\
  • Conduct regular status updates and report progress to stakeholders.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\
  • Maintain accurate records of all projects and initiatives.\
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to team members as needed.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.\
  • Monitor and analyse data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.\
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to ensure seamless collaboration.\
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.\
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.\
  • Measure and evaluate the success of product launches and ongoing product maintenance.\
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency.\
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.\

About You\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management or related fields.\
  • Certifications in agile product management, such as CSM, CSPO, PSPO, RPO.\
  • Strong experience using Salesforce, including implementing and designing enterprise solutions across Salesforce platforms.\
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.\
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.\
  • Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies.\
  • Strong background in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.\
  • Ability to analyse process workflows and implement changes to increase efficiency.\
  • Proficiency in measuring and reporting on process improvement results.
