We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Bankstown Sports Club.

As a leading and innovative registered club, we offer an exceptional work environment with state-of-the-art amenities and a wide range of beverage, dining, and entertainment options.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be knowledgeable about WHS principles and hold RSA and RCG competencies or be willing to obtain them.

The role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, taking customer orders, clearing tables, suggestive selling of menu items, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, depending on your experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
