Career Leader for Disability Employment

We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive our employment services forward. As an Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities, injuries or illnesses to achieve their employment goals.
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you'll oversee multiple sites across the region, ensuring that all locations receive the necessary support to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing impactful leadership: Align your efforts with our organization's values, mission and strategic plans.
- Empowering team performance: Foster a culture of excellence within your team, driving commercial returns and supporting participants to achieve their goals.
- Maintaining local understanding: Develop meaningful relationships with key employers, services, schools and training providers to stay informed about local trends and circumstances.
- Ensuring compliance: Guarantee adherence to National Standards for Disability, ISO accreditation and other quality initiatives.
You'll be an experienced leader, possessing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in Employment Services, Community Services or a related field is highly desirable.
