Senior Disability Employment Leader

As a key leader in Inclusive Employment, you will empower teams to deliver commercial results while supporting individuals with disabilities achieve employment that aligns with their goals.
About the Role- Provide strategic leadership aligned to Salvation Army values, mission, and operational plans.
- Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial returns in line with business objectives and supporting diverse participants.
- Oversee multiple sites across the region, requiring travel to ensure all locations are well-supported.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local caseloads, employment trends, social, and other market insights.
Key skills include:
- Tertiary qualifications in areas such as Employment Services or Community Services.
- Experience leading or delivering an employment or relevant support service.
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers for individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
