About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing Authority to Commence Work Permits (ACWPs).
  • Creating IT Change Request documentation and notifications.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in support of BAU and IT projects.
  • Reporting on project progress and creating status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Organizing meetings and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of public health principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
  • Deep understanding of the IT change request process.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects in the public health sector.
