Join our team as a skilled Desktop Support SpecialistThe ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide expert-level technical support for computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Providing Expert-Level Technical Support: Offer high-quality support to end-users, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve technical support services.
  • Developing Strong Analytical Skills: Continuously develop and enhance analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Operating Systems: Have in-depth knowledge of Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting: Possess experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • IT Certifications: Hold relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical support roles.
