Senior Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and influential leader to head our clinical and care services team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for driving excellence in customer experience, clinical governance, compliance, and quality outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team and set the tone for compassionate, culturally sensitive, and consumer-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met, especially those of our residents
- Lead the team in achieving and maintaining accreditation standards and requirements
- Mentor, supervise and educate staff ensuring quality services are delivered to residents
- Maximise opportunities for growth and development
- Develop and review organisational policies and procedures to ensure they reflect contemporary requirements
- Registered Nurse Div 1 registered with the relevant governing body
- Formal qualifications in management or a health-related discipline, or significant business experience highly regarded
- Extensive experience in Aged Care Management
- Broad clinical background as a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care and Residential Care
