About the Role: As a Business Leader, you will play a key role in establishing and embedding processes that drive operational risk management and end-to-end process governance. This work will be crucial for managing risks, improving visibility, and ensuring effective oversight across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of process approaches
  • Management of regular forums (including presentation, agenda, etc.)
  • Detailed design and optimization of relevant metrics to support process frameworks
  • Lead and/or support deep dives on process focus areas as required
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across the value chain to optimize and embed processes
