LDC Group Finance is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance worldwide.

About the Role

This global leadership position demands both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure efficient, standardised, and value-driven operations.

  • Own and lead regional finance processes: Accounting/GL, Controlling, Invoicing & Cash, and Inventory.
  • Lead BOLD rollouts, ensuring process alignment, risk management, and change adoption.
  • Drive improvement initiatives (E-invoicing, automation, reporting, factoring).
  • Oversee remaining BOLD implementations in Asia and guide small-entity rollouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of strong operational experience, ideally combining audit background in a leading audit/consulting firm.
  • Hands-on participation in finance transformation projects (internal or external).
  • Project management and leadership in international environments.
  • Process design and IT tool implementation (interfaces experience a plus).
  • Proven track record in finance process ownership and transformation.
  • Strong ability to analyse, challenge workflows, and deliver improvements.
  • Demonstrated success working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders in a global setting.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform in multiple capacities, from individual contributor to global leader.
