Key Roles

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading company as a Technology Support Specialist.

  • Internal and customer support will be provided for Precision Farming and Application equipment through the O'Connors support centre.
  • Training material will be developed for internal and external training sessions.
  • Liaising with global staff and support centre to gather and share up-to-date information.
  • Processes and procedures will be developed and implemented to ensure sustainability, optimisation, and ongoing success for the Ag Technology Department and team members.
  • Maintenance of Company RTK will be supported.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Agriculture, Technology or Precision Agriculture is required.
  • Proficiency in common software platforms is essential.
  • Mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude is necessary.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine drive to provide great customer service are required.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
