This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.Key Responsibilities:Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of workLead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutionsEnsure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timelinessProvide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsPromote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)What You Bring:A minimum of five years' demonstrated experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environmentsStrong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearlyProven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networksA current Australian driver's licencePreferred Qualifications and Attributes:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systemsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsA proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementWe offer a competitive salary and a clear pathway for career development, tailored to your experience and aspirations.
