Job Overview

We seek a dedicated professional to oversee our commercial home care operation in Far North Queensland.

You will be responsible for recruitment, training of staff members, high-level clinical oversight of clients, mentoring of coordinators, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring quality consumer-directed care is delivered to all clients in accordance with policies and procedures.

This role is a full-time management position reporting to the Executive Director.
