Nuclear Capability Manager Position

Overview of the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring that our organisation has the necessary resources, skills, and competencies to deliver core nuclear knowledge and capability across the entire lifecycle of projects. This involves managing the development, implementation, and sustainment of our nuclear baseline capability to meet all authorisation requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage regulatory best practice to ensure ongoing alignment with design intent throughout facility lifecycles
  • Manage nuclear safety hazards and security threats
  • Maintain our organisation's capability across the supply chain

Key Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances
  • Tertiary qualifications in a field related to nuclear infrastructure or high-hazard industry
  • Minimum 10 years' experience developing, implementing, and sustaining workforce capabilities in complex technical or high-hazard environments
