Account Manager – Patient Care Solutions

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities through the provision of market-leading solutions for our customers in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. Our Patient Care Solutions portfolio includes monitoring solutions, anesthesia delivery systems, diagnostic cardiology, and consumables.
You will leverage your clinical experience and demonstrated commercial and sales capabilities in the healthcare industry to drive success. Your ability to embrace technology, passion for patient care solutions, and willingness to progress your corporate career will be essential in this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Accountable for achieving operating plan targets for assigned accounts and territories
- Pricing compliance for opportunities to ensure business profitability
- Accurate forecasting of orders and sales within Salesforce through management of opportunities
- Regular customer interactions through meetings, calls, and emails to build sales and account funnel, qualify opportunities, progress opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure data quality compliance, including the creation of accounts, contacts, events, opportunities, business planning documents, and install bases in Salesforce
- Maintain compliance with training to ensure product, customer, and market knowledge remains current
- Increase brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms
- Bachelor degree level in nursing
- Relevant clinical experience, e.g., nursing
- Experience in managing key accounts with a strategic focus
- Thorough understanding of the capital equipment sales process
- Ability to build and manage effective, strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Sales and account management experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven professional business acumen and strong organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
- Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
- Demonstrate behaviors including empathy, humility, integrity, and resilience
- Proficient in English, written and speaking
