Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dining Services Specialist to join our team in the Banquets Kitchen department. This is a part-time position that will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to provide efficient and professional service, meeting high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent food production and presentation in line with high-quality standards.
  • Maintaining health and hygiene requirements in line with HACCP standards.
  • Liaising with the kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
  • Previous experience working in a banqueting environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
