**Dining Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Floor Staff to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the hot-bar to ensure high-quality food service
  • Serve food to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a professional atmosphere
  • Confirm orders with kitchen staff to guarantee accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Manage the till and process transactions accurately, maintaining a secure environment
  • Restock drinks and maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers alike

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Chinese dishes is preferred, with knowledge of preparation methods and ingredients
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese/Cantonese, both written and verbal, is advantageous

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, Part-time, Casual positions available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs
  • 8 hour shifts, shift work, with regular breaks and time off
