Dining Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Dining Experience Specialist.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
This includes greeting guests and assisting with guest orders and needs, processing payments, and handling cash transactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in guest services within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Experience with reservation systems and A La Carte restaurant experience would be advantageous.
You will also need to have strong cash handling skills and hold a current RSA certificate. Additionally, flexibility is required for a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends.
