Project Manager Job Description

Tryzens Global is a leading digital e-commerce agency, accelerating client success and growth across all channels. We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team, driving client business goals and innovation in Australia's e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage multiple clients' post-launch roadmaps, leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to build client optimisations road maps.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and ensure road map stories requirements are technically sufficient.
  • Plan and book project resources to deliver all delivery items in line with project release plans.
  • Manage off-shore project delivery teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication.
  • Work with 3rd parties on risks and dependencies to projects/sprints.
  • Deliver weekly project/sprint status, financial and schedule reporting to stakeholders.
  • Create and communicate release schedules.
Client Engagement:
  • Take ownership of direct communication with clients, resolving escalations with autonomy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to build a first-class customer relationship.
  • Uncover and mitigate risks threatening customer satisfaction or renewal.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to review services delivered.
In Life Services:
  • Work with the support team to ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA and monitoring is in place.
  • Maintain an active Continual Service Improvement programme to establish the root cause of problems.
  • Maintain day-to-day accountability for the ownership and resolution of Service issues.
Requirements:
  • Agency experience in project management/delivery management.
  • Technical background within e-commerce.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify and communicate commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Success working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
