Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Management Plans across all projects, ensuring compliance throughout site feasibility, detailed design, and build.
- Lead the delivery of SAED, Engineering, and Technical Services, establishing standards, systems, and processes to support quality project delivery in line with commercial and client expectations.
- Ensure technical documents meet quality, client compliance, and budget requirements, and are communicated to the project as needed.
- Liaise with Ops enablement and Construction teams to establish robust buildability assessment processes, ensuring site-specific designs meet relevant standards and are delivered within budget.
- Implement Project Management Plans, SIPs, and other CDRLs, and mobilise projects with effective financial and project delivery reporting.
- Develop project delivery plans based on scope, resource availability, and costs, ensuring alignment with project budget and delivery timeframes.
- Establish a robust review process for client-notified changes, driving commercial outcomes, cost management, and quality outcomes.
- Implement effective change variation management processes to capture in-field design change requests, ensuring SME review, approval, and re-certification before progressing build and assessing commercial variation opportunities.
You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, accompanied by extensive experience in the Telecommunications sector, ideally with a strong practical knowledge in SAED, Engineering, and construction.
- Knowledge of a Telecommunications specialty, including SAED discipline, Structural or Electrical engineering, CAD, RF engineering (inclusive of EME compliance), or TX engineering.
- Sound knowledge of construction, project, and program controls, principles, and practices (including budget).
- Working knowledge of HSE systems and processes.
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Proven relationship building, people leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring skills.
- Developed dispute resolution, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
