About the Role

This role is instrumental in creating a workplace where our teams can feel safe, productive and like they belong. You will be responsible for managing the physical layout, understanding the role of technology in creating a positive workplace experience, and helping to nurture the culture here.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing improvements to the building to further enable collaboration and team connection
  • Project managing and coordinating events and other activities at The Works that bring the Reece experience to life
  • Developing tools to measure user engagement to ensure we are using feedback to drive continuous improvements
  • Working closely with our communications team to ensure our people are engaged, connected, and making the most out of the space when they come to The Works

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in workplace experience, services or facility management
  • Project management experience
  • Ideal experience in event management/coordination and/or building workplace communities
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community and engagement metrics
  • Exceptional customer service skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
