The Asset and Facilities Support Officer is a critical role within the NSW SES, responsible for delivering high-quality customer-focused strategies and administrative services to enable the organization to meet its operational and statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service for all fleet-related enquiries, perform various administrative tasks to support the fleet team, manage and coordinate pool and Executive fleet asset replacement schedules, handle total loss insurance claims, organize and respond to internal and external correspondence, and process equipment orders and oversee communication and change management activities for the delivery of new assets and the collection of assets being retired from service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service for all fleet-related enquiries.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the fleet team.
- Manage and coordinate pool and Executive fleet asset replacement schedules.
- Handle total loss insurance claims.
- Organize and respond to internal and external correspondence.
- Process equipment orders and oversee communication and change management activities.

- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies and best practice.
