Job Overview:

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic fleet plans to drive organisational growth
  • Oversee the entire fleet lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs
  • Drive sustainability efforts by promoting the adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide visionary leadership and mentoring to ensure team performance and continuous professional growth
  • Lead fleet budgets and leverage performance data to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in fleet management
  • Qualification in business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management, policy, projects, or related fields
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions
  • Offer outstanding customer service and consider the entire customer experience
  • Knowledge of computer skills and inventory management tools
  • Problem-solver with a proactive attitude
