Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq in Bowen Hills, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and working collaboratively with our FUNstoppable team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be trained in all areas of our business to create WOW spaces and take FUN to the next level.
  • Host a variety of functions, including hen's/buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events.
  • Welcome our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Work in our phenomenal bar, serving creative cocktails and delicious delights.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver the ultimate Funlab experience.
Requirements
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests.
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA or willingness to obtain one.
