About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Receptionist to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front of house duties, and supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient customer service to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data, and meeting rooms.
  • Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers/service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.
  • Support the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry.

About You
  • Experience in a frontline or customer service role.
  • Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience.
  • Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
