We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing seamless customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, audio-visual equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating contact lists, and ensuring provider agreements are current and correct.
  • Providing ad-hoc facilities management support, including maintenance ticket closure, reporting building issues, and ordering office supplies.

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A well-presented professional with strong customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AV systems, with an aptitude to learn other software applications as required.
