Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to deliver exceptional client care through evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation solutions.

  • Make a positive impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Undertake vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning to inform and support return-to-work facilitation.
