We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Labour Market Researcher. This role involves conducting research on current labour market trends and translating findings into high-quality written reports.
About the Role">- Conducting research on current labour market trends and translating findings into high-quality written reports.
- Collaborating with the Allied Health team to understand clients' situations and employment needs.
- Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week (casual, part-time and full-time positions available).
- Relevant customer service or telephone-based experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, with a strong telephone manner).
- Demonstrated ability to cold canvass employers to gather essential information.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability, maturity and independence.
- Team attitude, positive approach and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to drive accountability for personal KPIs and shared team goals.
