Labour Market Information Manager

As a key role, the Labour Market Information Manager is responsible for providing labour market information to employees and driving growth in employment opportunities through referrals, placements, and outcomes.

This role has a strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and results-driven performance. To succeed, you will need to demonstrate the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Commerce, Arts, Business, Social Sciences or related field
  • At least 3-5 years' industry experience in business development and employee management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams, coach, mentor, and manage employees effectively
  • Local labour market knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record of achieving results and meeting KPIs
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers, hosts, and registered training organisations
  • Conduct research and create sustainable employment and training opportunities for clients
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • Support a positive work environment and foster a culture of care and support
