Food Quality Specialist

This is a high-profile role within the food manufacturing industry, responsible for supporting and driving the overall quality strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for quality, excellent initiative and energy to deliver within deadlines, as well as at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
About the Role- Educate production staff on good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and quality standards around production lines.
- Conduct daily checks and line-walks on production lines to ensure critical control points (CCPs), quality control points (QCPs), and X-ray checks are met.
- Conduct GMP audits and internal audits to verify quality and production processes.
- Maintain site document control and procedures to ensure compliance with established practices and standards.
- Provide food safety and quality training to production staff.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Initiative and energy to deliver within deadlines.
- A strong passion for quality and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
