Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Innovation: Designing Instrumentation & Control systems for multiple industries, delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Partnering: Building strong relationships with clients to provide engineering solutions at all stages of the project, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Sharing knowledge and expertise with junior engineers and graduates in the team, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working in diverse disciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Training & Development: Enhancing skills and knowledge to add value to personal careers, teams, and the organization's future growth.
Requirements

You are a seasoned professional who blends technical knowledge with empathy and strategic thinking. You thrive in dynamic environments, build meaningful connections, and are motivated by purposeful work. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant engineering degree and recognition by RPEQ, RPEV, CPENG, or RPENG.
  • Instrumentation & Control systems design, Low Voltage design experience is desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects.
  • Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards.
