An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic leader to join the organization in a role responsible for the delivery of dedicated and specialist end-to-end procurement services.

Responsibilities

">

Band 7: Lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic corporate direction, exhibit sound judgement and willingness to innovate and experiment with different approaches, build a customer-centric culture that adapts to solve complex issues, and have excellent stakeholder relationship skills.

Band 8: Senior Team Leader responsibilities include developing people, managing change, influencing behaviours to maintain a respectful and inclusive culture, and providing leadership and strategic direction to achieve organisational outcomes within command priorities, regulatory frameworks, and code of conduct.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or be able to obtain one. You should also have demonstrated expertise and contemporary knowledge relevant to the role, as well as relevant qualifications or extensive experience in the area of expertise.

The organization offers generous remuneration and conditions, including six weeks paid annual leave per year, four extra days of mandatory rest leave per year, eighteen days of paid personal leave per year, and generous superannuation.

The roles are ideally based in Canberra, but consideration to work in one of the organization's National Office locations may be negotiated. The organization supports flexible work arrangements, but it is expected that the successful applicants will work from the office at least two to three days per week for team connectivity and collaboration.
