
Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Business Services group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontract procurements in support of our project and programs.
- The incumbent will implement and manage procurement processes in relation to project and program needs, performing risk assessments and due diligence tasks as required.
- The Specialist will work closely with the commercial and legal team to determine applicable flow down requirements for potential subcontracts, providing expert knowledge in support of the capture/bid/project team.
The successful candidate will develop project specific procurement strategies and plans, supporting the drafting of scope specific subcontract RFT suite of documents.
Key responsibilities include managing established subcontracts through to completion and close out, including tasks such as reporting, managing scope change and variations to contracts.
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans;
- Maintain and improve relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
- Provide timely and effective management of subcontracts and contract administration.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
