We are seeking a Restaurant Leader to manage our restaurant located in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

Our Restaurant Leader at Mad Mex is responsible for every facet of our restaurant's operations. Each week you'll be forecasting sales, managing stock, driving your team, and building your business by delivering fantastic service and the World's Best Burritos. You will be responsible for recruitment, team engagement & driving culture while living and breathing the Mad Mex values.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on and can-do attitude leader. As a Restaurant Leader, there is no restaurant owner to fall back on as the overall leader of the team - it's all you, my friend The Mad Mex style of leadership is to build a strong team through ongoing support and development, in an environment that makes our team feel safe and appreciated.
