Job Title:

Asset Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure seamless integration of new and renewed assets from design through to commissioning and handover.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to align integration strategies and resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Oversee, guide and support a team of asset integration specialists ensuring project delivery while serving as the escalation point for technical issues.
  • Offer strategic advice to optimize the operation of the network and treatment assets to realize the benefits of new services and infrastructure delivered by Major Projects.
  • Balance operational and systems risks to achieve technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Operations, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in asset integration, water infrastructure project delivery, and in-depth knowledge of operations, network management, and technical processes.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering successful outcomes across the full asset lifecycle from design concept to commissioning and handover.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with functional managers and operators.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, balancing tactical decision-making with long-term infrastructure goals, while driving results through collaboration and practical solutions.

This role is critical for managing transitions from design through the full asset lifecycle to commissioning and handover.
