Frontline Customer Service Representative

**Job Description:**
">We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing information and instructions to guide customers through the medical assessment process.
- Conducting identity and security checks and escalating any identified risks.
- Processing payments via EFTPOS.
- Confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements and processing forms.
- Explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensuring the customer understands the key elements of the process.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous administration and customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a busy environment.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Sound IT and computer skills.
