Commercial Motor Claims Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Motor Claims Consultant to join our team at Succession Partners.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned claims professional to manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating claims thoroughly, liaising with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate claims by gathering relevant information such as reports, images, and witness statements
  • Liaise with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to resolve claims promptly
  • Assess policy coverage, liability, and loss extent to determine claim validity
  • Negotiate settlements in a timely and fair manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in handling commercial motor claims or a minimum of 4 years domestic motor claims experience

  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
