Key Role in Medical Aesthetics Sector

This position is critical in the rapidly evolving medical aesthetics sector, where you will manage clinic enquiries, demonstrate our system and onboard new users to ensure a seamless experience.

The role involves providing system support, conducting demonstrations and helping new users get started. It is ideal for a fast learner who enjoys interaction and can adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, troubleshooting issues and delivering training on our platform. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background in customer service within technology-driven healthcare environments.

Apart from your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine. Experience with Odoo platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
