
Lead Haematology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Haematology Registrar to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing professional development.
The Haematology Registrar will play a vital role in the Cancer Services team, overseeing the care of patients with a range of Haematological conditions. This position is co-supervised, offering opportunities for education and training.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with Haematological conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Mandatory Criteria:
1. A primary medical qualification registered or registrable with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Desirable Criteria:
6. Experience working in a hospital setting.
7. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
