We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a wonderful stay with us. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the guest rooms, including bathrooms and surfaces, to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Using cleaning materials with care and adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for our guests.
  • Respecting guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating your dedication to providing a flawless experience for our guests.

To be successful as a Room Attendant, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly valued.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style, where guests and colleagues feel at ease around you.
  • An eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing your time effectively and taking pride in your tasks.
  • The ability to navigate between rooms, which may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
