Job Description:

This role is pivotal in the Australian Submarine Agency, driving the development and maintenance of data systems that support the nuclear engineering, science, and technology workforce.

The successful candidate will leverage their business acumen and analytical prowess to deliver actionable insights that inform, support, and articulate the nuclear engineering science and technology workforce requirements.

  • Data Systems Development: Lead the building and maintenance of data systems to support the nuclear engineering, science, and technology workforce.
  • Program Delivery: Contribute to the planning and delivery of programs, projects, and activities aligned with workforce needs.
  • Collaboration and Data Management: Collaborate closely with teams including Competency Framework and Nuclear Engineering, Science and Technology Workforce Analytics to monitor and update data supporting analysis platforms.
  • Talent Sourcing Strategies: Assist the team in leveraging workforce data to identify opportunities influencing nuclear engineering, science, and technology talent sourcing strategies and long-term workforce planning.
  • Workforce Reporting: Manage workforce reporting requirements and maintain records to align with organisational standards.
