We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Officer to join our team.

  • Scheduling and managing client appointments and practitioner diaries using practice management software is an essential part of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing billings and payments through various systems.
  • Client data entry and filing management are also crucial aspects of the job.
  • Maintenance of the clinic, including cleaning, laundry, and inventory management, is necessary to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Formatting letters and treatment plans forms addressed to doctors, insurers, and third-party referrers is another key responsibility.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience as an allied health or medical admin is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with Cliniko is desired but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task, with problem-solving skills, is essential.
  • Candidates should be capable of working independently and reliably, while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive is required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, DVA Benefits Schedule, Private Health, WorkCover, and Compulsory Third Party systems is desirable but not essential.
