The Practice Manager is accountable for a significant contribution to the Target Physio purpose; _Transforming Futures,_ through operational and administrative support of Target Physio Clinical Services.
Reporting Structure:
The Practice Manager and the Clinical Manager report directly to the Chief Executive Officer..
Reporting through to the Practice Manager, are all other Administrative Team Members and non-clinical functions of Clinical Team Members.
External Support:
External services such as Accountant, Bookkeeping, Website Developer, Human Resources, and existing Policies and Procedures, support the Practice Manager role.
Outline:
Either directly or indirectly through direct reports and external support, the Practice Manager is accountable and responsible for the following:
- Finances_
- _Reconciliation of accounts_
- _Weekly and monthly reporting_
- _Accountant liaison for financial planning, optimisation and budgeting_
- _Bookkeeper liaison for BAS_
- _Payroll and Superannuation_
- _Succinct and regular communication and presentation to the CEO and Board on financial tasks._
- Human Resources_
- _Human Resources consultant liaison_
- _Wage reviews, Payroll, Contracts and Reports compliance_
- _Policy and Procedure compliance._
- _Succinct and regular communication and presentation to the CEO and Board on Human Resources tasks._
- Marketing_
- _Clinical Team marketing rosters including content and copy creation & distribution_
- _Management of public relations on social media platforms_
- _Competence in the following: Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Youtube, Print, Business-to-Business, Public events, website, captions._
- _Website Developer liaison and website maintenance_
- _Succinct and regular communication and presentation to the CEO and Board on marketing tasks._
- Operational Management_
- _Practice management diary and rosters_
- _Facility operations_
- _Management of legal, regulatory documents and insurance policies_
- _Cost management and review_
- _Stock management_
- _Intermittent event management_
- _Succinct and regular communication and presentation to the CEO and Board on operational tasks._
- General reception duties_
- _Processing of health funds, payments and refunds using Hicaps terminal facilities_
- _End of day settlements of Hicaps and EFTPOS_
- _Sorting patient data and correspondence_
- _Fulfilling legal and third party requests_
- _Medicare and DVA claims processing via practice management software_
- _Accounts payable & receivable_
- _NDIS, CTP Insurance and other third party account management_
- _Washing, cleaning & room maintenance for each clinic_
- _Tech set-up_
- _Management of feedback_
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in the following is preferred but not required:
- Xero bookkeeping software
- Cloud-based client management software
- Facebook Business Suite
- Reception and/or front office management experience
