Findex is seeking a motivated and flexible Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent client service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring timely completion of all client-related tasks, meeting internal and external service standards
  • Providing general support to the Client Services team, including file creation and management, database entry, and management
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as printing, filing, and scanning
  • Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

About You:

  • You have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • You possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
