As a customer-focused organisation, we prioritise our customers' satisfaction. Our Customer Support Specialists are one of the first points of contact for our customers, managing queries, designing help desk content, and training remote support staff.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering calls, have solid technical skills, and be willing to learn new tools. They should also be able to solve problems efficiently and have an interest in setting up automations using AI.

Candidates will also assist the Sales and Customer Success teams with various tasks. Experience in similar roles or the construction industry is beneficial but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to live chats as one of the first points of contact
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently, reporting technical issues to the product team
  • Train remote support staff for consistent customer support
  • Create training videos for internal and external use
  • Support sales by making check-in calls to trial users and managing Hubspot deals
  • Assist the customer success team with analysing product usage and other tasks
