Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our support team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional user support, training, and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and quality communication.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and share information across the team.
  • Conduct user training within our office or at a client's premises.
  • Assist with data migration and client implementation as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supporting accounting software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
  • Ability to read and understand financial reports.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and polite customer service.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
